- Passport; valid for travel to the United States – Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your period of stay in the United States.
- Nonimmigrant Visa Application form and make sure to have a copy of the confirmation page with you in the interview.
- Application fee payment receipt, if you are required to pay before your interview.
- 5×5 recent photo with white background.
- Purpose of the trip
- Your current address and the address where you will be staying in the US.
Additional documents that may be required from you:
- Bank statement for the past 6 months with enough to support your travel to the US.
- Evidence of your employment status.
